Sunny, real name Tamara Sytch, is set to face a judge in Middletown Township in Pennsylvania. She had been on parole since being released from the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Carbon County, Pennsylvania earlier this year, but there's no word on whether or not this latest arrest is due to a violation of that parole.

Sytch was jailed on 23 February 2019 following a DWI (driving while intoxicated) charge in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. She was paroled on 25 February 2020 - it's worth noting that the 2019 arrest was Sunny's sixth such charge for driving whilst intoxicated.

Stay tuned for updates when news breaks about the judge's decision. Things do not look good for the 2011 WWE Hall Of Famer.
