While many speculate over an appearance by the Rock or possibly even 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin at this year's SummerSlam, Kid Rock is one WWE Hall of Famer who looks set to have a presence at WWE's Biggest Party of the Summer.

Whether Kid Rock will actually be in attendance at Detroit's Ford Field for SummerSlam remains to be seen, but the 52-year-old is no stranger to this particular annual event. If you remember, last year's SummerSlam saw Rock in the crowd as he 'made out' with YouTuber and comedian Chelcie Lynn.

Kid Rock's relationship with WWE dates back over 20 years by this point, with him having performed on Raw, Tribute to the Troops, and at WrestleMania 25. In addition to that, the Detroit native's cover of ZZ Tops' Legs was used for Stacy Keibler's WWE entrance theme, as well as the Undertaker famously using Kid Rock's American Bad Ass for a spell.

2018 saw Kid Rock inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame alongside Goldberg, Ivory, Jeff Jarrett, Hillbilly Jim, Mark Henry, and the Dudley Boyz. Other inductees that year were Warrior Award winner JJ Robertson and Legacy entrants Boris Malenko, Cora Combs, Dara Singh, El Santo, Hiro Matsuda, Jim Londos, Rufus R. Jones, Sputnik Monroe, Stan Stasiak, and Lord Alfred Hayes.
