WWE Has Made No Contact About Randy Savage Going In Hall Of Fame

Savage's brother says he has never heard from WWE ever about Savage going into the Hall.

Lanny Poffo, brother of the late Macho Man Randy Savage (Randy Poffo), said on a Steve Wilton podcast yesterday that he has not heard from the WWE since his brother died last May. There of course has been much fan outrage and criticism that one of the all time greatest stars Randy Savage has not yet been inducted in to the WWE Hall of Fame and he was once again snubbed for inclusion this year. Poffo says he has never heard from WWE ever about Savage going into the Hall. Last year Lanny also claimed that before he died Randy said he would only accept the offer from the WWE to go into the Hall of Fame if the whole Poffo family (Angelo, Lanny and Randy) went in together like the Von Erichs. Vince McMahon, who in particular didn't have much time for Savage since he left the WWE for WCW in the early '90s, would be dead set against this because only Randy in his eyes (and in most) would be anything like Hall of Fame worthy. It should be noted that Randy Savage pulled a similar power move in 1995 when he convinced WCW management to induct Angelo into the Hall of Fame despite many officials being dead set against it.
