In a recent interview, Kenny Omega revealed that WWE has reached out to him on three occasions in an attempt to sign him to a deal. He declined their offer all three times.

He said that he also recently heard Triple H is interested in him, but they haven't talked directly. Though even if he did, he would not join the company.

A few years ago, it would have been surprising to hear of WWE's interest in Omega, as he doesn't quite fit the mould of what they were looking for. But with the signings of A.J. Styles, Samoa Joe, Austin Aries and Shinsuke Nakamura, you can see why they would now want to bring him in.

Omega, though, is likely doing the right thing for his own career. As the leader of The Bullet Club, he is receiving a huge push, and likely a lot of money, far more than he would receive if he had to debut in NXT.

He's scheduled to challenge for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 11 early next year, which is surely far bigger than anything WWE could potentially offer him.

If Omega holds off a few years and continues to make a bigger name for himself in Japan, WWE will keep coming back, with likely bigger offers every time.
