Bayley was wearing the same red that WWE elected to paint Hell In A Cell back in 2018. In fact, she's not even in that pic above - it's just a photo of the referee and the structure itself. OK, only joking (obviously). Bayley's red and black gear was cool though, and it did blend in with the steel.
