WWE Hell In A Cell Main Events Revealed?
Local TV station leaks two huge matches.
San Antonio TV station KSAT ABC 12 let an interesting tidbit slip earlier today, within a report on WWE bring their Hell in a Cell PPV to the city later this year.
According to the brief news item confirming the event is heading to San Antonio's AT&T Center on 16 September, the show will feature Kevin Owens squaring off against Roman Reigns, as well as WWE Champion AJ Styles opposite Samoa Joe - with the title on the line. It was not mentioned whether either match will take place within the boundaries of a cell.
Obviously these plans are not set in stone, and with this leak, there's every chance WWE will alter them if they were the original intent. Notably, current Universal champion Brock Lesnar is not slated for an appearance. As per Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, 'The Beast Incarnate' is expected to return from his lengthy sabbatical at August's SummerSlam, where it's understood he will drop the strap to Roman Reigns.
