As a team, Kane and Undertaker are arguably one of the most feared in the WWE's history. The on/off nature of their relationship has meant that we have not often seen the Brothers of Destruction working together for any prolonged period of time, but 2001 was definitely the highlight of their teamed career. Kane and Taker would set their sights quickly on the Two-Man Power Trip, becoming the main foils to the "unholy alliance" of Austin and Triple H. After narrowly losing their tag titles to the duo at Backlash, Kane and Taker would then get separate title shots at Judgment Day a month later. This singles match would ironically be the highlight of this period of the team's history, as Kane defeated Triple H in a Chain Match to win the Intercontinental Championship - and with it, become only the third Grand Slam Champion in the company's history, a historic feat in itself.
