Eric Bischoff isn't really sure what to think about Bray Wyatt's current onscreen character on WWE SmackDown.

The company Hall Of Famer called Bray's guise "cool as hell" during his appearance on the 'Kicks Rocks' podcast, but then said he doesn't know "how to relate to it". There's a bit of a disconnect there, because fans emotionally investing in a character's journey is part of what makes that persona successful.

Bisch also called Wyatt's appearances since returning to WWE at last year's Extreme Rules pay-per-view "bizarre". He isn't certain if Bray is supposed to be a babyface he's meant to cheer for, or a villain who's slyly working the entire audience every time he opens his mouth during promos.

Wyatt has feuded with LA Knight since returning to the fold, but recently made plans to work Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 39. The mysterious 'Uncle Howdy' character is still lurking in the background, but WWE hasn't revealed exactly who's playing that gimmick quite yet.

Bischoff reckons Bray has the chops to become an "anti-hero" long-term, but he's waiting to see where Triple H takes the story next.
