Owens' pal Samoa Joe then readied for his own elimination spot.

Joe had Seth locked in a Coquina Clutch when Buddy Murphy aimed a kick at the Samoan's spine and forced him to break the hold. That left him wide open for a punch from Joe and Joe himself wide open for Seth to tumble him over the ropes to the ringside mats.
