His 2020 success was dampened by WWE's complete lack of faith, and that's why he was an also-ran in this year's Rumble. Otis performed his 'Caterpillar', then got attacked from behind and eliminated by 'King' Corbin when he was trying to hit a Vader Bomb on Damian Priest.

The former MITB winner lasted 53 seconds. Ouch.
