WWE's No Mercy has come and gone for another year, and while the show seemed quite promising on paper, and was even genuinely exciting for a good half of its run-time, fan goodwill eventually ran out with the near-disastrous final three matches.

Brock Lesnar's victory over Braun Strowman ignited its share of vitriol with fans for the nonsensical means through which it occurred, but this outrage was matched if not exceeded by the two preceding matches, which seemed to straight-up thumb their nose at fans for daring to crave quality storytelling.

Jokes aside, it's a shame Jordan's being put in such a daft storyline and awkward position, because all it does is detract from the fact that he's an incredible talent who deserves a great spot.

It's clear as day that WWE needs to lean into the boos, turn Jordan heel and forget about this dumb storyline. Remember how well it worked for a certain struggling competitor back in the day?
