You know there's a severe problem with the guy you're trying to present as the company's biggest babyface (like it or not, this is the reality) when the crowd react to him coughing up blood and suffering from internal injuries by loudly thanking the guy who did it to him.
If you're going to book a beat-down like this - particularly from a heel on a supposed babyface, you can't win if nobody has any sympathy for the victim.
At least some fans noticed the issue with the crowd's reactions to Reigns being hurt. Not that sympathy is the route to getting him over as a face.
To be fair to the fans gleefully revelling in Reigns' destruction, some questions have to be asked of the medical professionals in attendance. Don't they have some sort of oath to uphold?
