The first match of the streak took place on March 24, 1991 as Undertaker squared off against the original "phenom" of WWE, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka at WrestleMania VII. Snuka had long been one of the most popular and recognizable stars in professional wrestling but by the turn of the decade, his best days were clearly behind him. Still, his name and presence alone made him the perfect opponent for the hot new star who had captivated audiences in every arena he entered since debuting the following November at the Survivor Series. The match was completely one-sided as Undertaker picked apart and beat Snuka down en route to finishing him the same way he would so many other competitors over the next 20 years, dropping him on the top of his head with the Tombstone piledriver. A very raw Undertaker and a Snuka well past his prime ensured that the match would go down as one of the worst on a very good WrestleMania VII card. With that said, the historical significance alone elevates it past some of the other bad matches on this list as Undertaker vanquished his first WrestleMania foe and started a journey that will continue on April 6 as he attempts to add yet another name to his fabled undefeated streak.
