8. Matt Hardy Sneaking In A Bit Of Broken
The saga between The Hardy Boyz and Anthem Sports And Entertainment for ownership of the 'Broken' characters both brothers played in TNA is ongoing. As things stand, WWE seem content to allow Matt and Jeff to slip in some references to the gimmick without actually going full-blown Broken yet.
On Raw, The Hardyz pummelled The Revival after beating Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, and Matt couldn't resist throwing in a sneaky tribute to his much-loved character afterwards. As the cameras panned back onto the siblings, Matt remarked that Jeff and he had done a "Wonderful" job of beating down their enemies.
The announcers didn't acknowledge what Matt was doing and the camera only lingered for a second or so before cutting away. Whether WWE own the rights or not, The Hardyz seem determined to keep sliding these moments into their segments.
