J is for Joey Styles

The former voice of ECW Joey Styles was always portrayed as a massive geek by the WWE, even though he once knocked John Bradshaw Layfield spark out. Following weeks of build up for the disgruntled commentator, WWE worked an angle where Styles would quit RAW, disgusted by how little of the product was actually wrestling.

In reality Styles was being replaced on RAW by a returning Jim Ross, but for a moment fans were divided on whether Styles had genuinely performed a shoot on live television. This idea would be taken much further by CM Punk, but let's remember Styles' moment in the sun for just a while longer.
