Good news for those who pay close attention to WWE Monday Night RAW and the show's ratings, as the numbers for this past Monday show an improvement on the efforts of a week prior.

The show, which featured The Club taking on WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day in a 6-man tag main event, drew a total of 3.255million viewers, up from 3.229m the previous week.

The numbers followed the usual hour-by-hour pattern, with hour one drawing 3.371m sets of eyes, which spiked to 3.490m for hour two before dropping off to 2.903m for the final hour. Whilst it is inconceivable that Monday Night RAW will revert back to a two-hour format any time soon, the numbers do consistently drop off for the third hour as even the most ardent of wrestling fans reach burnout as the minutes pass by.

RAW came in at number three overall in cable viewership, behind two airings of Rizolli & Isles, a police detective show (or at least that's what WIkipedia tells me). In that most-coveted 18-49 demographic RAW finished in the silver medal position, behind Love & Hip-Hop, a reality show that is exactly what you would assume it is.
