The diversity of Chris Jericho's work has allowed him to gain a fortune of $18 million. As well as being a main event WWE wrestler (where he gained the majority of his money), Jericho has also worked in film, television, broadcasting, music, writing and is also a co-owner in a sports training facility in Florida. He is constantly working in promotional appearances and media spots. While Jericho's outside projects have helped contribute to his wealth, the majority of his money was made in the WWE. He enjoyed a lucrative deal at WCW before jumping ship to the WWF, where he would go on to main event Wrestlemania 18 in 2002. For the next few years after that, Jericho enjoyed further privileged roles with the WWE until departing in 2005. Jericho left to pursue other ventures, having already made considerable money in wrestling. He returned in 2007 and enjoyed success versus Shawn Michaels and within the world title scene. Following 2010 he would leave WWE again, but has returned for sporadic runs to great critical and commercial success.
