Though the road to Wrestlemania has only just culminated with the sight of 70,000 people chanting 'YES!' to their bearded icon, Daniel Bryan, the rest of the year still goes some way in shaping how the card will look for the following year's showcase of the immortals. Long-term booking may be largely forgotten in the world of professional wrestling, and save for John Cena vs The Rock being booked a whole year ahead of the bout, the WWE seem to be taking things as they come, now more so than ever. Altering rivalries, angles, and even matches on a pay-per-view, the 'Reality Era' is really concentrated on 'calling an audible' ie. changing things at the flip of a coin when the audience start to boo. While it means that long scale storylines are rarely followed through anymore, it also makes the future seem a lot more unpredictable, and therefore exciting. The Road to Wrestlemania is when things really get intense in WWE land, with championship matches beckoning, rivalries rearing their ugly heads, and superstars waiting to be made with their very own 'Wrestlemania Moment'. Usually, the fairytale begins at the Royal Rumble in January. While 2014 may have been controversial (a returning Batista winning the match despite noone really wanting him to, CM Punk's last moments on WWE programming, and even turning Rey Mysterio into a heel just because he isn't Daniel Bryan), it ultimately helped pave the way to one of the most memorable Manias ever, and long may that tradition continue. 2015's Rumble looks set to be a step forward for the WWE after this year's learning curve, and here's 10 guys that could be in with a shot of being the last man standing in the ring.
