The WWE Royal Rumble match is always one of the highlights in any pro wrestling year. The mystery over which superstars will be entering the Rumble is one of the reasons it is so exciting. There are usually at least a few big surprises, with the match acting as a big return moment for wrestlers who have been injured or away from the company.
It is also a night for new stars to debut and this year should be no different, with a wide variety of potential surprises in the works. When the buzzer starts counting down to the next man entering, you just never know who could show up!
The majority of entrants will of course be mainstay WWE superstars. It is a chance for everyone from the lower card to the mid card to get on to the show. There will of course be a few main event calibre guys in and these will be amongst the favourites to win.
But really, fans should expect the unexpected. Thirty men will enter the Rumble this weekend and the WWE will be forever changed by the end of the night.
Let's break down all the expected entrants, breaking them down by the categories "No Chance"... "Debutants"... "Expected Surprises"... "Outside Chance".... "Favourites".
30. Daniel Bryan

Is this year's Royal Rumble all centred around righting the wrongs of last year?
Looking more and more likely as the number one pick for this year's event... Bryan could recreate another Yes Movement in this year's Rumble.
Bryan vs Lesnar... although predictable for its outcome... could be the perfect sequel to last year's WrestleMania main event.
