WWE Royal Rumble 2016: New Bookies' Favourite Revealed

The Game is now your best bet to win...

Triple H is the new odds on favourite to win the 2016 Royal Rumble. After Vince McMahon made the 30 man over the top rope spectacular for Roman Reigns' WWE World Heavyweight Championship, many fans assumed that it was a foregone conclusion that The Big Dog would retain the gold. However, after going missing from WWE television after Reigns dismantled him at the end of the TLC pay per view in December, The Game - who will presumably miss tonight's RAW before making a surprise return on Sunday - is the new frontrunner to win the belt. Hunter did make an appearance at NXT Takeover: London to open the show a few short days after the assault, but hasn't been seen as part of The Authority on RAW or SmackDown. Paddy Power's new top 10 looks like this: Triple H 4/5 Roman Reigns 11/8 Brock Lesnar 11/5 Bray Wyatt 10/1 Daniel Bryan 12/1 Rusev 14/1 Sheamus 16/1 The Rock 16/1 The Undertaker 18/1 Dean Ambrose 18/1 Interestingly enough, former New Japan Pro Wrestling star AJ Styles - who is expected to make his WWE debut either at the Rumble or soon after - is 11th favourite at 20/1. Other interesting odds see Finn Balor come in at 25/1, Sami Zayn at 33/1 and Mr McMahon himself at 40/1. Sting and another former NJPW Superstar Nakamura both also come in a 40/1.
