205 Live needs some representation in this match, and who better for the job than the current WWE Cruiserweight Championship?

Swann's a dwarf compared to some of the company's big monsters, but it'd be a mistake to have him get completely squished in the Rumble. He gets over with the crowd for his electric charisma, enthusiasm and flashy style of wrestling, and a few minutes highlighting these strengths would help draw more main roster eyes to 205 Live's fledgling product.
