17. Cesaro

Many fans would love to see Cesaro to win the 2018 Royal Rumble, grab the proverbial brass ring, and embark upon a main event push on January 28th.

It's not going to happen, though: 'The Swiss Superman' is a career midcarder. This is disappointing, but not a catastrophe, as his role in The Bar means he's guaranteed television time almost every week, and gets the odd chance to showcase his skill in singles bouts.

Expect Cesaro to show up, swing a couple of lads, land a few uppercuts, then get thrown out before he's able to make much of an impact.
