23. Baron Corbin

Baron Corbin's WWE push has been odd to say the least. Crowned Mr. Money In The Bank in June, he was buried by a failed cash-in shortly after, and John Cena compounded his downturn with a miserable defeat at SummerSlam. Recent months have brought significant improvement for the former United States Champion, however, and he announced his participation on this week's SmackDown.

Few people actually want to see Corbin elevated, but there's a chance WWE will shoehorn 'The Lone Wolf' into the Rumble's monster spot. It'd stink, but the company clearly aren't giving up on him.
