WWE Royal Rumble 2021: Predicting The 10 Biggest Spots

10. Kacy Catanzaro Does Something Cool, Gets Eliminated Immediately After

The first time Kofi Kingston escaped elimination in incredible fashion, it was tremendous entertainment. The second time he did it, fans were every bit as amazed as the first time, but by the time the third athletic escape came around, it was old hat. WWE went to the well too many times, and what was a novel piece of entertainment became an expectation, the worst thing that can happen to supposedly spontaneous genius. It should never be assumed, but it now is.

Naomi initially took on the Kofi Kingston mantel in the women's Royal Rumble, but that crown may well be in the hands of Kacy Catanzaro as we head towards the 2021 event. Still mired in NXT limbo, Catanzaro is never far away from incredible feats of athleticism, and she has previous when it comes to the Rumble. She defied elimination in incredible fashion way back in 2019, although her career hasn't really moved forward as some expected it would. 2021 is the year to change all that.

All true, but she isn't going to change anything at the Rumble. Catanzaro will enter, defy gravity in staving off elimination, before being immediately thrown out by whoever put her in that peril in the first place.
