11. Finn Balor

Finn Balor's main roster return has been depressingly predictable. Going back to NXT and leading that brand as its 'Prince' offered hope that his second Raw/SmackDown run would go better than the first, but the Irishman is already a bit-parter, having reverted back to the smiley-smiley babyface of old.

Currently seen serving as a springboard for Austin Theory to leap up the card, it's hard to see Finn advancing beyond this position anytime soon.
