Say his name and he appears...in the Royal Rumble match?! Surprise entrants are always something worth gazing into a crystal ball for, and with WWE's multi-year partnership with TNA Wrestling, be on the lookout for not only Joe Hendry to appear in the men's match, but for the trend of TNA Knockouts champions to continue as well with Masha Slamovich entering the 30-Woman Royal Rumble. Keep an eye out for Jordynne Grace as well, and since this is in Indianapolis, Pat McAfee could be entering again.

Aleister Black is someone else who may return to WWE, now that his contract with All Elite Wrestling has expired.

As far as other surprise entrants, Roxanne Perez is a shoo-in. Her statements about leaving NXT and her feud with Bayley point to those two clashing in this match. There may not be any other NXT stars to appear, nor any legends this year since John Cena is already taking part and will be a primary focal point. Plus, there are already far more than 30 men and women on the main roster alone, and not everyone can make the cut. Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair could all make their in-ring returns in this match, though.
