WWE Royal Rumble: 5 Possible Surprise Entrants

2. Shelton Benjamin

Like Morrison, the general consensus concerning Shelton Benjamin is that his release was a bad move on the part of the company, even if he didn't seem too content to move up the company and wasn't that great on the mic; he was a superb specimen, and that's what mattered. WWE had been wasting Benjamin€™s talent for years, and everybody but them seemed to be able to see it. By all accounts, the WWE are on a mission to re-sign some of their best talent, and if rumours are to be believed they are in talks with Benjamin following his resignation from Ring of Honour last month. He would be a great addition to the Rumble and would no doubt provide the fans with a big crowd-pleasing spot or two while also adding a bit more strength to the mid-card scene right now, which could sorely need it.
