This actually surprised me but Cena has only won one Rumble in his time and been involved in far fewer than youd think. Mainly due to the fact he was one of the two champions during most of the Rumble events. If the Rock wins the Championship prior to Mania, expect Cena to win the Rumble setting up Once In A Lifetime 2! which is an oxymoron naturally. If Rock Doesnt win it, or loses the Title, Cena wont win it simply because he doesnt need to win the Rumble. But then again, WWE seem to think Cena needs to be pushed hard every second of every day so who knows.
