Survivor Series is only a few days away, and WWE has gone into overdrive this past week trying to make it feel like a huge event. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the show may become even more noteworthy, as they have reported that a big angle will be kicking off that night.

Unfortunately, no details have been provided at the moment, so we don't know exactly what the angle will be. Still, that news helps add a bit of extra intrigue to the show.

With nothing concrete to go off of, here are some possibilities:

The Undertaker could make an appearance to set up his opponent for Royal Rumble or Mania. As we saw on SmackDown, it seems that a feud with A.J. Styles was teased. Another rumored Mania match for The Dead Man is against Goldberg. Perhaps he could get involved with one of those wrestlers at the show.

Triple H has still not explained his actions for when he screwed Seth Rollins out of the Universal Championship. Having him show up to confront his former protege would certainly be noteworthy.

A few days ago, The Rock casually revealed he'll be at WrestleMania this year. He could end up making a surprise appearance at Survivor Series to let us know what he has has in mind for the show.

Hopefully WWE's idea of a big angle isn't the beginning of Brock Lesnar vs. Shane McMahon, as that would be a bit of a letdown. With the ratings for Raw and SmacDown continuing to take a hit, they need something big to create a buzz.
