WWE SmackDown: 10 Things You Might Have Missed (Oct 25)

10. WWE Kept Dean Ambrose Barb Towards John Cena In

Following last week's main event, Dean Ambrose stood in the middle of the ring and proudly proclaimed to the world that James Ellsworth had again beaten AJ Styles. Obviously, the match had ended in disqualification due to AJ ignoring the referee's pleas to ease up on Ellsworth in the corner. In the same promo, Ambrose mentioned John Cena.

Saying that the enhancement talent had done what Cena couldn't, Dean continued his war of words with WWE's poster boy. On the Talking Smack show, both Cena and Ambrose had directed barbs at one another in interview segments.

As this week's SmackDown opened, a recap of the Ellsworth vs. Styles match was shown in highlight form. In the midst of that video package, Ambrose was once again shown saying that Ellsworth had more wins over AJ Styles than John Cena did. This proves that WWE are interested in repeating that line.

Those tuning in late would have missed the repetition from Ambrose. Despite the fact his feud against AJ Styles is currently on going, there's a heel vibe to the comment directed towards Cena.
