While many fans have criticised WWE's creative output in recent times, those criticisms have been answered by WWE star Angel Garza.

Taking to X, Angel said that those raising complaints would "SUCK" if handed the proverbial pencil.

Purely from your writer's viewpoint, a lot of the criticism aimed towards WWE's creative team is down to a lack of story or repetitive/dull storylines, rather than fans wanting to go "straight to the climax".

Obviously, Garza is going to defend his employer, but it's hard to take the stance that WWE is crafting slow-burn masterpieces that fans haven't got the patience for, when, in reality, the vast majority of Raw and SmackDown broadcasts consist of, in a kayfabe sense, a lot of thrown-together-on-the-night impromptu matches. For example, tonight's Raw currently has only three matches and a contract signing announced for its two-and-a-half-hour broadcast.

Now, not every Raw, SmackDown, or PLE is going to be a complete hit, but there are still some great moments and matches on WWE programming. To claim that fans are too impatient to appreciate long-term storytelling, though, that's quite the statement.

As for Angel Garza, his last WWE win came back in June 2025, when he and Berto picked up a win over Fraxiom on an episode of Main Event. More recently, he's been featured in AAA as part of Los Perros del Mal.
