As awful as some other matches were, at least they felt like legitimate contests. Not so much in the curious case of Randy Orton vs. Rusev.

This was certainly the most brutal and blatant burial in recent WWE memory.

It was truly a "hold my beer" moment after some of the tosh that had already taken place earlier in the show.

Remember when Ruru felt like a legitimate threat and WWE actually gave him what he needed to get over?

That's right. WWE's absurd KFC shilling got more screen time than Rusev.

All things considered, though, every cloud has a silver lining, especially for Randy Orton.
