WWE SummerSlam 2018: Every Competitor's Current SummerSlam Record

There are nine superstars who are set to make their SummerSlam debut in 2018, two of which will be competing against each other for the Cruiserweight Championship. In late July, 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick announced that Drew Gulak would be challenging for Cedric Alexander's title, in what may well be one of the more entertaining matches of the night, and Lana is set to make her debut against two more SummerSlam newcomers on the pre-show, Andrade 'Cien' Almas and Zelina Vega.

Another debutante will be one half of the Bludgeon Brothers, Erick Rowan. While he has been present at SummerSlam before, accompanying Bray Wyatt for his Ring of Fire match against Kane in 2013, Rowan has never competed in action himself, meaning it will not only be his debut, but the SummerSlam debut of the Bludgeon Brothers as a team also. The Raw Tag Team Titles will also be on the line as SummerSlam first timers Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder are set to take on The B Team on the pre-show.

The final superstar making their debut will be Ronda Rousey. As she has only been with the company for a matter of months, this is only her third PPV event ever, after appearing at WrestleMania and Money In The Bank. Her bout against Alexa Bliss will be her second Raw Women's Title match which is, incredibly, one more match than she has ever had on Raw.
