7. WWE Title: Kofi Kingston (c) Vs. Randy Orton
Result: The match ends in a double countout, allowing Kofi to retain (16:45)
Rating: It was incredibly difficult to be invested in this match, and the result was yet another disappointingly flat title fight for Kofi. The duelling "Kofi's stupid! Randy sucks!" chants were by far the most entertaining thing here, honestly.
The pacing was sluggish throughout, the match ran too long and, just as it was getting more scrappy and physical, it came to a random climax with an atrocious ending.
Even ignoring how ludicrously fast the ref's count was, the result wasn't adequately conveyed to the TV audience and just felt like a pointless cop out given that Orton wouldn't have been harmed by a clean loss.
Instead we get a nothing ending that presumably sets up a rematch few actually want to see. 5/10
