As originally pointed out by Wrestling Inc. on Tuesday, the bulk of the 41,661 tickets made available on Ticketmaster were snapped in the initial pre-sale, which began on Monday. The main pre-sale begins today, Wednesday 16 June, at 10am ET, with general sale commencing on Friday.

That Ticketmaster lists 41,661 as "current capacity" suggests that this is how many tickets were made available for the event as a whole, not just the presale.

$300 is currently the lowest-priced ticket left in the building, with prices running up to $5,150.

SummerSlam 2021 takes place at Las Vegas, Nevada's Allegiant Stadium on 21 August. The rare Saturday night show takes place on the same evening as a Manny Pacquiao fight in the city, though it is believed that SummerSlam will end early to avoid a clash.

Ticket sales for other dates on WWE's upcoming tour weren't doing so well earlier this week, though 18 July's Money In The Bank 2021 looks like another potential sell-out. WWE returns to fully ticketed events for the first time since March 2020 with the 16 July episode of SmackDown.
