1. WWE Title - No DQ: AJ Styles (c) Vs. Samoa Joe

Result: AJ makes Joe tap to the Calf Crusher (23:45).

Rating: The cover star of WWE 2K19 was never going to lose, was he? Though it's a real shame Joe didn't win here and it pretty much buries his future prospects as champ, this was definitely the best match of the night overall.

It was brutal and rough from minute one, had a gradual build and some great in-ring storytelling, especially Joe's leg and AJ attacking it. The second half picked up a great head of steam and ensured that, even in disappointing defeat, Joe looked incredibly strong.

Without any hint of a screwy finish, this was one of Styles' better title defences. 8/10
