WWE Super ShowDown 2019: Every Match Ranked From Worst To Best

Well, that was a show alright.

The third event in WWE's contentious 10-year partnership with Saudi Vision 2030 has come and gone, and even for the low standards of these big-budget house shows, it was rough.

WWE Super ShowDown 2019 was the exact opposite type of event that a company suffering record-low viewership and record-high apathy from fans needs - it was listless, aggressively bland and almost totally forgettable.

The bulk of the 10-match card was pure, uninspired house show-calibre filler, with frequent divergences into outright awfulness, and only a few matches that dared to be "OK."

The ethical implications of WWE's Saudi shows notwithstanding, that these events continue to feel thrown together last minute without even basic regard for quality demonstrates just how much of a cynical, gross cash-grab they truly are.

And because that's not bad enough, the upcoming Stomping Grounds PPV is already set to rehash several matches from the card. Because they were so much fun the first time...
