8. Dad Orton = The Real MVP

Goldberg may have taken home the biggest plaudits by ruining Brock, but outside of kayfabe, it's Randy Orton who picked up MVP honours, as following Shane McMahon's mid-match head injury, he basically ditched kayfabe and spoke to McMahon's wife and two sons, to presumably let them know he was going to be OK.

Given the rather unsavoury reputation Orton has had in the past, it's nice to see him acting so professionally, likely a by-product of becoming a family man and father himself.

Either way, Orton managed to get away with it fairly subtly, putting well-being above the "the show must go on" party line that the WWE loves to trot out in moments of crisis.
