WWE Survivor Series WarGames 2022: 10 Things That Must Happen

10. WWE Adds ONE Traditional Match

Wait, wait, wait - didn't this guy just praise Triple H for moving away from traditional Survivor Series concepts. Sort of. Y'see, the boring as f*ck "brand warfare" nonsense wasn't really the tradition this pay-per-view was best known for. No, originally, it was those 4v4 or 5v5 elimination bouts from the 1980s and early-90s that created a firm fave.

WWE has had a love/hate relationship with them ever since.

Here's the thing: It wouldn't be horrible at all if 'The Game' decided to book one (just one) on the card this weekend. Seeing midcarders like Madcap Moss, LA Knight etc do their thing in a rapid 15-20 minute elimination affair could actually set the tone for the rest of the night.

That's assuming it's the opener. If not, then it could get crowd energy up again following either the routine SmackDown Women's Title bout or the last-minute three-way for Seth Rollins' United States Title. Plus, it'd get some workers a bonus pay-per-view payday.
