Per the official announcement, ThunderDome will feature an updated set, video boards, pyro, lasers, "cutting-edge graphics," and drone cameras. The promotion claims this will take "fans' viewing experience to an unprecedented level."

WWE's Executive Vice President of Television Production, Kevin Dunn, said the following:-

“WWE has a long history of producing the greatest live spectacles in sports and entertainment, yet nothing compares to what we are creating with WWE ThunderDome. This structure will enable us to deliver an immersive atmosphere and generate more excitement amongst the millions of fans watching our programming around the world.”

The dot com writeup also confirms last week's reports that virtual fans would be incorporated into shows following the move to the Amway Center. Select digital audience members will stream live to LED boards inside the building, with a virtual seat draw available at WWEThunderDome.com and through the company's social media pages.

WWE's run at the Amway Center starts with this week's SmackDown and runs through October. Though the writeup doesn't explicitly state this, it's safe to assume ThunderDome will be a constant presence throughout.
