4. Nikki Bella Vs Carmella: No Disqualification Match

This match shows us two things. The SmackDown writers aren't afraid to book mid-card feuds long term. They're also willing to try putting their women in secondary feuds. Whether their efforts have succeeded is a judgement I leave to you.

Much like Corbin/Kalisto, this match will likely groom a new challenger, this time for the SmackDown Women's Championship. The result of the title match later in the night notwithstanding, I feel Nikki takes this match, for no other reason than that she gets a reaction when she enters. Sorry Carmella, but the crickets that coincide with your entrance will be your undoing on Sunday.
