It's important to establish here that Charlotte Flair probably didn't know that Kairi Sane was struggling when she tried to tackle her to the floor at ringside. Instead of bumping clean, Kairi seemed to botch the move, and an irate Charlotte aimed a frustrated slap at Sane for doing so.
