MVP is one of the best managers in wrestling today.

Need proof? Watch his antics during that Raw Tag Title match at TLC. He applauded Shelton Benjamin for saving Cedric Alexander, then admonished Cedders by saying, "You need to tag out right now! I need a tag from you!".

This tough love played a part in the match later on too. It was Cedric who took the initiative, tagged himself in when Benjamin was prepping his finish, and then won the belts for his squad. This was subtly good storytelling from all involved.
