I just saved WWE creative 15 seconds worth of work. Youve got to feel bad for Sandow. In the 1980s he would have been a solid Intercontinental Title level heel alongside guys like The Honky Tonk Man and Rick Rude. In the Attitude Era, you can suspect hed be at least at the level of guys like Val Venis and DLo Brown. He would have been protected and given actual chances to get over. In 2014, hes reduced to dressing like comic book characters, historical figures and wearing miniature clothes from Brodus Clays old gimmick. None of it is going to work. Dressing up as other acts in WWE is just something to do for a little while before management gets tired of it. The Blue Meanie, Stevie Richards, The Big Show and Charlie Haas all had a similar gimmick. How well did those work out?
