WWE is to dissolve WWE UK Holdings LTD on 7 September, per the relevant listing on Companies House.

Incorporated as a private limited company on 9 Jul 2019, WWE Holdings UK LTD is now listed as a non-trading company, with the enterprise set to be dissolved this coming Tuesday.

It is unlikely that this will mean anything for WWE's ongoing activities in the United Kingdom, as holding companies are regularly dissolved after serving their purpose of holding controlling stock in other companies. Indeed, NXT UK creative director Jim Smallman has claimed that this is no indication that the brand is shutting down, doing so in an Instagram comments thread:-

"I mean as I’m the creative director of NXT UK I can categorically tell you it’s not shutting down. WWE UK Holdings (which I presume you’re referring to) is nothing to do with NXT UK."

NXT UK has been active since October 2018, when the show's first episodes began airing on WWE Network. Its launch represented a big step forward for WWE's British expansion, which began with the United Kingdom Title Tournament in January 2017 and the forging of working relationships with leading UK indie groups ICW and PROGRESS, both of which currently broadcast on the Network.
