Without his sudden outburst drawing attention to it, Carmella's elimination might've been missed by WWE's cameras. They were too busy shooting Naomi's Kofi Kingston impersonation over by the announce desks, and they almost slept on Shayna Baszler reversing Carmella's kick into a side suplex-style elimination.
