8. They Rushed The Wrong Matches

Even a fairly out of the loop fan knows that WrestleMania's big thing is now hyper-extension. Partly because they can sell more advertising, presumably, the shows run longer every year and this year's was a backside numbing length including the pre-show.

Long shows aren't that much of an issue, though, if they flow properly, but it's hard not to think that WWE gave too much time to the wrong matches (Triple H and Batista, Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre) and rushed others that should have gone longer - Finn Balor's match and the opener for instance and the main event's ending felt rushed.

Knowing a little about show make-up, there's a reason for cooler matches, but you can put them in without over-extending them to the point of audience ambivalence.
