WWE's Finn Bálor Reunites With Bullet Club Member Over Weekend
NXT man met up with an old friend.
NXT man Finn Bálor made the most of his weekend, meeting up with former Bullet Club teammate Tama Tonga for a sun-kissed barbecue in the New Japan man's back yard.
The Guerilla of Destiny posted snaps from the garden party to social media, with the caption:
"Had some friends over for a Sunday BBQ reminiscing about our good times together in Japan. Surround yourself with good people and keep moving forward."
Bálor himself Tweeted out a pic alongside Tonga and his father, Haku. He appended it simply: "Family."
Finn Bálor's NXT colleague KUSHIDA, who worked for New Japan Pro Wrestling for nine years between 2010 and 2019, was also at the barbecue.
Bálor - then working under the name Prince Devitt - formed the Bullet Club with Tama Tonga back in 2013. The pair, alongside Bad Luck Fale and Karl Anderson, waylaid Hiroshi Tanahashi at the close of Wrestling Dontaku, subsequently announcing their new supergroup of foreign heels.
The Irishman led the group until his departure for WWE in May 2014. His stewardship was assumed by AJ Styles.
