In some new footage obtained by TMZ, Jimmy Use can be seen calling a police officer an "assh**e" during his arrest for DUI last July.

For those who may have missed it, Jimmy was pulled over by cops in Pensacola, Florida after running a red light. After the officers at the scene smelt alcohol on the real-life Jonathan Fatu, the grappler was made to undertake a sobriety test. Upon being wished luck with the test by one of the cops, the current SmackDown Tag Team Champion became irked and later called the lawman an "assh**e" and stated how the cop "didn't have to say that sh*t".

Uso was charged with misdemeanour DUI for this incident, and he struck a deal with prosecutors earlier this month to close the case. Jimmy pleaded no contest to the charge made against him, and as part of that he was required to complete several courses related to all of this.

TMZ adds how a source informed them that these courses have all now been completed.

Up next in the squared circle for Jimmy Uso, he and his brother Jey face RK-Bro at WrestleMania Backlash in just over a week in unification match for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles and the Raw Tag Team Titles.
