WWE's Seth Rollins is dealing with a number of physical issues at the moment, including a couple of stress fractures to his lower back.

The World Heavyweight Champion spoke about the situation during his appearance on Logan Paul's show, Impaulsive, this week. Rollins revealed that he is regularly switching up his training routine depending on how he is feeling. When it comes to his "constant" injuries, he has had back issues since 2019, a knee problem since before WrestleMania 39, and is also labouring through a neck situation.

Seth conceded that while he should probably get back surgery, he is currently trying to avoid going under the knife.

Said Rollins (h/t Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online):-

"I try to just change my training up based on how I feel. There's constant injuries. My knee's been bugging me since before WrestleMania. I was having issues with that. My neck acting up, my low back has been at me for like, since 2019, probably should get some surgery on that, but trying to just, you know, do whatever I can to make sure I don't need it because I have a couple of stress fractures back there."

Continuing, Rollins revealed that he has undergone stem cell treatment, which he called "temporarily helpful." Unfortunately, though, he hasn't found such therapy to be an effective long-term solution:-

"I tried some stem cells. I've done a couple of stem cell treatments and I found that they were temporarily helpful. And I wasn't taking time off, I wasn't just idling while I was on the stem cells, I was still working a pretty much full-time WWE schedule. So, I found that temporarily helpful but long term, it kind of has faded off a little bit so I'd say I got like maybe four or five of like, 'oh, okay that feels good.'"

Rollins has been WWE World Heavyweight Champion since besting AJ Styles to claim the vacant strap at Night of Champions 2023 in May. He and rival Finn Balor are said to tie up for the belt again at SummerSlam 2023 (5 August).
